PCM Location Question 
There are two 80 pin plugs under the dash. From what I have seen they are similarily numbered. I have a wiring harness for a 4l80e would this go to the pins in the furthest rear plug??Why are there two?

There are a blue and red pcm underneath the hood, passenger side firewall. I am sure they are lableled. The wiring harness is labeled blue or red for which pcm to plug into.
