Probably nothing. However, poor grounds "could" result in everything from electrolysis ruining the radiator to fried PCM's. These potential problems are not likely, but are possible. The most likely problem would be electrical noise in an aftermarket stereo system.

well they were connected just not tight all the way would this have anything to do with a abs inop light? If not what would?
