Cool LS2 from LS1 swap, no tach, do I switch the A & C terminals on the cam sensor?

I did a search, and very surprisingly, I could not find this answer, but I know that I have seen it before. Anyway,

I believe that I should be switching the A & C pins in the connector for the cam sensor to get the tach to read. Can someone confirm this?

And what is the best way to go about this? Should I attempt to take the connector apart,,, or should I open up the shielding on the harness and cut and solder the wires?

BTW: I got the LS2 short block and cam/KR sensor extension harness from Texas Speed.

Seems to be the most common problem with the LS2 swap. That and/or long cranking times.
