Wink P0131, P0151,and P0507

I have these codes on 98 Formula
P0131- O2 Sensor Circuit Low Volts (Bank 1 Sensor1)
P0151- O2 Sensor Circuit Low Volts (Bank 2 Sensor1)
P0507- Idle Control System RPM High

I have changed all 02 sensors, new plugs, new fuel pump, and Engine Coolant Temp sensor. Runs really rough and bogs at full throttle. Will run ok for a while after codes are cleared but then starts again and SES comes on.

Please help.

Ya I read something about that, I'm going to look for one tonight. Any other possible problems anyone can think of?

Angry

ok I found vacuum leak (line going into top of intake right behind the throttle body) and fixed it, cleaned MAF, IAC, and Throttle Body. Now P0507 is gone now have P0131, P0137, P0151, and P0157 which is a non existent o2 sensor.
it runs better but still sluggish at full throttle.

Please Help

I am thinking now of changing plug wires and possibly fuel pressure regulator, but at $120 I don't want to change that unless I have to. I am thinking I may have bought a bad O2 sensor so may possibly have to get some new ones again. Thanks for any other Ideas.
