what is required to raise the rpm limit on a 98Z?

i think the hand held tuners will do it. Any tuning software can

A full tuning suite will give you full adjustability over your rev & speed limiters.

the car has had several tunes done ..........runs good just gos faster the higher i twist her and right now about 6300rpm and shes done.i would like to raise it a bit and try 65-6800rpm once the 4.30s go in.
