solid mounts causing me to pull timing?

Angry solid mounts causing me to pull timing?

ok i have solid mounts on the car, and when i go wot my comp senses knock and pulls timing. the car is a 94 lt1 385 with a front mount 76mm turbo. has anyone heard of solid mount making a car sense false knock and pull timing? or what else would cause me to pull timing, im runnin maybe 8 psi.

I have never heard of solid mounts being the "main" reason for knock retard. Swap them out with some poly mounts, and you will know soon enough.

try decreasing knock sensitivity

Sensor[s] overtorqued?
That'll do it on the turbo Buickzz..
AIRC, it's 14 #/ft on the Buick. Maybe someone w/ the specs on the LT will chime in.

you can. It screws into the back of the block w/ NPT threads.
