Default Service engine light on

My light came on so I had the code checked. It said something about bank 1 emissions not right or something like that. The technition was not very specific. Anyhow, I have an 02 WS6 with about 34000 on it. I do run 150 shot on it. What I am getting at is what is bank one and does it sound like I fouled an O2 sensor or have a bad Converter? Also, I have noticed the fuel economy has dropped drastically too. Could this be bacause of this? The care sounds great and runs like it should without the juice. I do not believe there is anything wrong with the engine internals. Also, I switch my plugs to none platnum Autolight plugs due to the nitrous.
