no didnt do that, I been have problems with my car running right and the guy working on it said that he pluged the front o2s from the front into the back and and switch it so that the ecu reads from the backs. And the car seems to be running a lot better but I was just wondering how that was working he said it was a temp. fix to make sure that the front wiring is what is bad.

I'd check and make sure that the B1S1 and B2S1 SES light isn't disabled in the PCM...
Normally this CAN NOT be done (without re-pinning), I've never once heard of this being done in software although that doesn't mean it can't be done...
I'd check your DTCs and see whats enabled/disabled pertaining to your O2s! How does the car run now?

If the car is programmed ok its no problem. I have been running for two years without O2s because I know it is programmed safely.
