What would cause my interior light fuse to keep blowing out

What would cause my interior light fuse to keep blowing out In my 99 Z-71? Information center shows "Cargo Light On" But it's not on. Under the hood, I found the fuse, and changed it, but it keeps blowing out as soon as you put it in. What's the deal?

Re: What would cause my interior light fuse to keep blowing out The truck has a 3" body lift on it, and the only other alterations are the remote starter.
It just seems odd that when the fuse blows, the cargo lamp on light would come on. I just put a fuse in there, and all the lights are working fine, but I know once I get moving, it will blow.
I'll have to start trying to track it down, before the truck catches on fire from a short.
I'll recheck all the grounds first. Are they all the same as the F-body? By the Alt, and on the back of the heads?
