Default Alternator/voltage gauge question

Hello ,I Live in Michigan and stored my 02 camaro over the winter. When I went to start it this spring the battery was dead.I jump started the vehicle and the voltage gauge needle went between 13 and the next white mark on the voltage gauge to the right.I drove approx. 1/4 mile and the needle dropped below 13 on the left.I removed the battery and had it tested. The battery had a bad cell and I replaced it.When I start the vehicle now, the needle goes between the 13 and the right mark on the gauge. When I drive the needle slowly heads down towards the 13 mark.I removed the alternator and had it tested at autozone and it tested good. Does anyone have any ideas what to do next. I thank you for your time and help.

that is normal for the cars... mine will be above one day, and later it will be below the mark.... just the fluctuation of the voltage regulator i think....

use a multimeter to see what your real voltage is. the gauges on these cars are worthless ****.
