Default can the EFIlive scan only make changes?
like turn off the EGR and the rear O2's or do you need the tune version for that?
the website doesn't say it can so I guess it can't?

you need the tuning version, and a license to tune that pcm. (unless it is a 98)

The scan only, is just that, the scanner portion only, with the hardware needed.

You can make temporary bidirectional control changes, but they go back to stock after you turn off the scan tool, But nothing with the egr and o2s. Just spark, fuel ect...
