Default dyno tuning question

While on the dyno and changing parts out like maf sensors, lids, or any exhaust components will you get a true hp/tq change or will the pcm need some time and driving to learn the new component changes?

Default Re: dyno tuning question

Will need time to learn in closed loop function only. If Ltrims are zero or negative it won't effect your WOT (PE)which is open loop. So, you can baseline your tests by checking LTrims after each modification and then adjusting to zero to slightly negative.Good Luck.
