Default MS4 cammed 99c5 P0101, 174 175

Ive had these codes ever since the day I was tuned.

Car idles horrible, It wont idle on its own when cold, or first started up after shutting it off.

I want to bring the car back to my tuner and demand it be retuned atleast for idle, and to get rid of the codes.

They keep trying to blame the MAF sensor for these problems, though it had no problems before this work was done on the car. I noticed my dads 01 blazer has the same MAF (or appears to be) as my corvette, and its known to be good.

Can his maf be interchanged for the purposes of eliminating their theory?

Thoroughly clean your existing MAF (spray maf cleaner as well as q-tips to clean the sensor wires) and see if the problem goes away. If not, then check the PN's on yours and your dad's sensor. If they're the same, you can clean his and use it for troubleshooting. If the PN's aren't the same, the MAF tables might not read exactly the same and will probably throw your tune off even worse.
