OBD II port not working OBD II inop??? Ive been told that if the port doesnt power up a code reader that there is a fuse blown. Can anyone tell me which one. I checked all the fuses in the engine bay and in the dash. Some of the fuses are not clear...you know the big blocky looking ones. Also, I have a mulitimeter but dont know which wires should and should not have power, and of the power wires, how much??

look for a cigarette ligher fuse, or power outlet fuse...
it wouldn't be one of the big block ones...

im haveing the same problem i checked all the ones that i have but looks like im missing a couple lik 15a engine control. i just got hp tuner today and wanted to hook it up but my obd 2 inop

Im pretty sure I checked everything I was supposed to check. I still have no power to the OBD II port. Does anyone know were I can get the schematics of the OBDII port? I got the multimeter out but cant find in the chiltens manual, how many volts the wires that have power are supposed to have. This is kicking my ***
