Tuning/Emissions in PA I live in PA and we have an emissions test that hooks up to the computer of the car to decide pass/fail. If the o2 sensors of the car have been turned off in the computer during a tune, will the car pass emissions? I am asking because the car is completely built/blown. I just had high flow cats installed but the o2's are turned off in the computer and the person who tuned it is quite far away, I hate to have to take it back for him to turn them back on. Any help would be great.
