Default Is the factory speed slow under hard acceleration?

Just what the title says. By hard accelartion I mean a full WOT 1/4 mile pass. If it is slow does anyone know by how much?

Most factory speedometers are not as accurate at the high end (over 100 mph.) I don't know how good ours are, but I'll be finding out next month at the Salt Flats! A GPS would be a good check also. I don't think acceleration has anything to do with it, other that the needle being slow to react as is the tach.
