Anyone use this cable with EFILive or A-Tap?

Anyone use this cable with EFILive or A-Tap? I was just wondering if anyone has tried to use the cable/convertor with EFILive or A-Tap from Scantool.net? If so how does it work? But I guess if it doesn't then the free software they offer would still give you the basics for scanning and it states that Data logging and graphing will be offered in the future. The cost is very good and even cheaper that the LS1M software package. Seems like a decent scan tool for $85.

The program lets you perform the following operations:
Read diagnostic trouble codes, both generic and manufacturer-specific, and display their meaning (over 3000 generic code definitions in the database).
Clear trouble codes and turn off the MIL ("Check Engine" light)
Display current sensor data, including:
Engine RPM
Calculated Load Value
Coolant Temperature
Fuel System Status
Vehicle Speed
Short Term Fuel Trim
Long Term Fuel Trim
Intake Manifold Pressure
Timing Advance
Intake Air Temperature
