Default Car running rich since race gas. HELP!

About a month ago I ran 102 unleaded for a track day. Later that night the car would bearly run, Longterm fuel trim was reading funny(red in hp tuners and somtimes 25)
So i changed my 02 sensors and mixed in some 91 octane and it seemed to go away. It still runs rich on motor and N20. What else would cause funny readings from the long term fuel trim?

maybe it needs to relearn the fuel trims over time. race gas makes mine run richer but not for others

Maybe the unleaded was not really unleaded. There's a station
around my way that is notorious for mixing the race-gas pumps
up.
