Default Idle goes lean in open loop

While driving in open loop the AFR is a little lean like in the low 15's but when sitting and at idle the afr goes real lean in to the 17's, I have DFCO off correctly I think, does any one know what is wrong?

BTWI am reading off a AEM WB gauge.

You are obviously tuned for open loop at idle and your fuelling is incorrect if that is not what you are commanding. Your MAF and/or VE is not tuned correctly.

if the the AFR is fine at girst when idling and then tapers lean, look at your IAT, it could be getting heat soaked.
