Log says car is running CL at WOT...is it lying?

Log says car is running CL at WOT...is it lying? I'm still learning EFILive so bear with me... I was going over my most recent log and noticed that the dashboard was reporting closed loop at WOT. Is that for real or is it lying to me? The commanded AFR goes to 11.7 at WOT. Does that mean it's going into PE mode even though it's reporting CL? I don't have my LC-1 hooked up yet to verify my AFR. I'll be boosting soon and I'm concerned that my car isn't going into open loop and utilizing PE. Log and tune attached.

Crap, I didn't select the PID(s) to log STFT's...just LTFT's. If someone can take a look at my log and let me know if there's any other way to know if I'm in OL and/or making use of PE...or if I really am in CL at WOT. Thanks.
