Default compression change vs tuning

I had a 408 and melted a whole in the center of a piston. We are rebuilding the motor with an extra 10 thousandths bore with custom -22cc dished pistons to lower compression from the old setup of 11.4 to down to about 9.25 to 1. I will be using the same cam, heads, intake, and headers from the old setup.

How much will the tune be off with the only change being compression ratio? I'm not a tuner so will I be able to drive the car this way for a while? I'd like to run the car NA and break in the motor with the current tune if it's safe. I eventually plan to boost the motor hopefully sometime in 09.
