Default Spark plugs

I've got a '00 WS6 with almost 30k on it. I want to change the spark plugs. What brand should I use, and why do you think so? I have always used AC Delco in my GM vehicles. When I wanted to upgrade I used Rapid fires........

almost forgot-the engine is pretty much stock
