Default h/c/i ls1 Stalling hard off line HELP

My 98 ls1 only does this with the et streets on while leaving the line... see sig for mods... u can foot brake to 3500 as soon as you leave it moves bout a foot then dies (like to cut the key off) stays running tho... then u can get back on the throttle and go...

On spray it does the same thing only bucks like a horse (bout 3 times) 12.2@117 doin this...

car has 16* timing off kick on dyno and ends at 18-19*....... for 125 shot is that bout right???

added 2* car pics up 20ft.lb of tq but loses 2 hp on the big end.... im confused and dont really have any other place to turn...

Ive been told it need 25*,26* timing ...

PLEASE HELP lol
