Default NEWB tuning help

Ok guys, poke fun all you want! I'm getting ready for the shootout, and my tuner wants to put two diff tunes on my laptop. What do I need? I know I need an OBD II to USB cable (which I can't find).....Any programs...etc?

My bad i went and checked and its VCM Suite, but one of those and it will come with the program, and some points so you can get what engine models you need from th einternet to tune. It will also come with the usb to some kind of gizmo to a OBD II, and that is everything you will need. I would ask this guy how to properly put the diff tunes on to your car. So you dont go deleting something and not be able to put one on your car.
Also how did this guy come up with these tunes? I would just trust someone with "good" tunes unless they had your car and dyno tuned it. But then you would have the tune already, so why do you need two different tunes?
