Unhappy Car dies when enters "closed loop"

OK Guru's need some help here. Here's a little background and the changes i made before this started happening. I had a big N2O backfire and took out my Fast90, so I swapped on a ported Vic Jr. with elbow, same TB as before. Replaced the necessary destroyed sensors, MAP, and O2's.

Here the deal car will start and run until it warms up enough to enter closed loop, O2's start switching then it dies just like turning the key and shutting it off. It will not start again until it cools off. A/F looks pretty good 13.0 to 1 when its in open loop before it croaks.

I'm lost over here i have no idea whats up with this thing. I've been trying to figure this thing out for over a month now with no luck.

I'll attach a log where it dies and my my HPtuners file.

TIA
Jim

Update, tried forcing the car to stay in open loop but it still died. ran for maybe 5min.

I have 1 code cam position input voltage low, But that code has been showing up for 2 years now since i put this motor in so i don't think thats a issue.

Another update, checked out my cam position sensor extension and all that looks good. I f the cars completely cold it'll run for 5min or so but if i try starting it say 5-10min after it dies it'll only run for 1-2min and If i let it sit for a couple min it;ll only run for a few seconds.

A friend suggested that the PCM may be bad, which might make sense, because my old Hptuners cable recently died and it took almost an hour to flash it the last time i used it. I would keep switching from high speed to low speed mode, and some other errors which i cant remember right now.

If you are getting that cam code, i would check your harness to see if it is correct. The Wires are sometimes in the wrong spot on them and you have to move some wires around on the extention.
