If you plan on doing a lot of stuff like turbocharging, supercharging, nitrous. I would go with hp tuners. I love it and have tuned my whole car. Tons of options. You can run in speed density mode for boost, etc, etc. If your just doing bolt ons then a handheld programmer will do.

no chips thats '93 and back. '98s are a one year shooter. if you have no money tied up in mods mail order tune it
