Default Random Misfire- Coil, valve spring, lifter???

Well, my car kept picking up a random misfire, so we pt it on a Tech2 scanner. When reving it hard, #7 develops a bunch of misfires when you lift. I check the valve adjustment, its ok, and valve spring, its not broke, so I believe it to either be a coil pack or bad lifter.

Can a coil pack be checked, if so how?

I would first pull the plug & look at it closely since it is the infamous #7. Check the electrode.

plug looked fine. I am afraid it may be a lifter.. It wraps just a bit when I rev it quick and shut it off.

Take that coil and switch it with #2 and see if the misfire follows the coil...

most likely is a clogged fuel injector. the injectors at the end of the rails get a lot of dirt building up there and eventually get clogged.
