Tune my car to pass emissions? If i have a ls1 vehicle tuned by a professial will it pass emissions which means will it show in monitors that all monitors have run and passed. example. 99 camaro then i put cam and heads and bolt on's. then i have it tuned. will the check engine light be on which means will all the monitors pass? thx.

It depends on what your proffessional tune does, and also what are the cam specs? This is too vague of a question to seriously answer. If the cam has zero or less overlap and you retain the cats, if the tune is done properly with close to zero fuel trims, it should pass. As for the "monitors", so long as an emission device is not turned off in the code, it should pass.
