Default Dynoed yesterday... Running really rich... need help...

I did a few runs on the dyno yesterday because I thought I might me running rich... I was. I air/fuel was around 11 and I was told it should be more like 13, is this right? I have a mac y pipe with hi-flow cats, and my O2 sensors are throwing codes. My SES light has been on ever since I installed it and I think my computer is running in "safe mode", will O2 sims take care of this? Can anyone help me?

P.S. I made 318 RWHP, and 331 RWTQ

Reset the codes, I think it stops learning if they are left set.

I reset the codes and the light went away but came back on after about 60 miles of driving. Although I could feel a noticable increase in power while the light was out, I didn't get it dynoed yet... I'm waiting for my O2 sims.
