Default Have the HP..where are the times?

Im posting here because the intellect in here is so much higher.
I have the below listed mods...427 rwhp...and am only netting 12.2's at 112 1.75 60's, 3500 stall 2.5 str
I have minimal spin...on Nittos no less.
Only from a dead stop do I seem to have shifting issues in my new stage ii A4.
From a dead stop at WOT my 1-2 shifts at 5500 and I bounce off the 2-3 limiter.
Id I hit it from a roll, even 10 mph, the 1-2 shift is at the set 6450 as is the 2-3 at 6500... no bounce. Currently the CPU is not adjusted for the new 3:73's. Even with all that said I cant be losing that much with these shift issues...shouldnt 427 rwhp with a converter be mid 11's? Anyone with a comment ...please??/

It could be a lot of things. You'll probably get more responses if you give a little more info: How many times did you run? Did you get any data logs during the runs? I'm wondering what your timing/knock retard looked like. Maybe you've got some false knock at the track that didn't occur on the dyno (y-pipe banging, bad gas, etc). I haven't dynoed, but with cam and homeported heads I hoped to be right at 400. My times and mph seem to back that up, with your 60' and 427 hp I'd expect you to be quicker than 12.2
What race weight?

Default Re: Have the HP..where are the times?

Thanks, Race Weight is 3750 lbs
I ran 11 times before the tranny and converter...netted 12.45 - 12.52 at 113-114 in good air
Added concerter plus tranny... went to 12.2's at 11-122 in bad air. Ran 3 times
This is a sample run:
1.781 60
5.110 330
7.873 1/8
88.59 1/8 mph
10.276 1000 ft
12.298 1/4
111.79 1/4 mph

I have no idea on knock/timing, but always hear exhaust hit on launch, but thats the only time... forgot about that!

Thats the info I have... ordering edit and autotap now.
