question about boost/MAP/aeroforce
I have been doing some searching to see what gauges to get for my car. During my searching I saw a lot of people with(or recommending) the aeroforce scan gauge and a boost gauge. If the aeroforce gauge reads MAP(isn't that boost?), would I still need a boost gauge or am I wrong about the MAP?

"You will need to add our 2 or 3 bar MAP sensor kit to read positive boost. You'll be connecting it to one for the gauge's analog inputs. You'll enter a conversion using a menu function in the gauge, and select "Boost" as your description to be displayed on the screen.
Your stock MAP is only a 1 bar and will only read vacuum. There is a parameter called "Boost inHg/psi" that converts the MAP value to inHg of vacuum, and psi positive pressure if you have a stock 2 or 3 bar MAP.
