Is 02 PCM pin out same as 99

Thanks guys. Ryan, the 99 PCM does plug in but doesn't run right. I have one and tried it. It will not take a 02 file - it says different segments .Specificely need to know is Blue pin 32 Clutch pedal position,79 Skip Shift and Red 44 Reverse inhibit on the 02 .I will be grounding pin 32 and putting 12v to 44 and 79 thruogh solenoids so need to be sure so I don't toast my PCM.Thanks again.
