Default rear hatch adjustment

i was wondering if you can adjust the rear hatch latch cause mine is very sloppy and you can see it doesnt close all the way....when u close it u can still move it alil( im not very good at discribing things as u can tell)

there are 2 ways i think to adjust it. the easy way and the hard way.

the easy way is to open the hatch and you will see a rubber bumper on each outer side of the hatch. you can twist them one way and they will lower the hatch and the other way raises it. if you can't get it adjusted using those you have to go to the hard way which involves loosening the bolts that hold the hatch to the car and adjusting it that way. it's a PITA and pretty much requires at least 2 people. i had mine off at one point to change the weatherstripping that goes around the rear window.

^ +1 on that. I would adjust the bumpers up or down first.
