Default Headlight problems. . .PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I have a 2000 T/A. . .When my headlights go down the passenger's side motor makes a really loud bussing noise for about 10 seconds, and when I use my power door locks the headlights flip up and down (wierd) and make the same noise. . .It started doing this a few nights ago. . .What's wrong with it? I'm completely stumped.

^^ this guy's right, I had a 96 firebird before my TA and I had to replace the gear in both headlights. It's really not hard, do some research on it though, there are a ton of posts on here about this issue.

It's easier than 'searching', ...

It's right up top in the 'stickie'.
