Default looking at a new car

The car is 01 Firebird


LS6 heads/cam package,LS6 intake, Pacesetter LTs, ORY, SLP loudmouth w Borla muffler, strut tower brace, subframe connectors, 3.73s, SLP lid, K&N
113k
Auto
cloth interior


The guy wants 6,500 which seems like a pretty good deal

what are some opinions and what do you think this car will do quarter mile and hp/tq ?

Go lower 5k......modifications mean nothing on the market. All it means is that it was probably beat on.

+1 mods are a bad sign. they actually decrease the value.

well the guy who bought it lives by me and just got it from florida so i believe he paid around 5 (idk just assuming)for it and had it shipped here for 500 and he said if he could get 6500 he would sell it and look for another ls1.He just got the car about a week ago

sounds fishy. you don't just buy a car, go through the trouble of shipping it an extreme distance, and sell it right after. no way. if its not the exact model he wanted, he wouldnt have bought it in florida. there must be something wrong with that car, stay away.

thats what i was thinking seems a little fishy. The guy is on are local car forum and has owned many f bodys but he said he was just seeing if he could find any one to buy it otherwise he was just going to drive the car. This is the ad
