Default 99 TA horn don't work

First of all, where the hell is it/ or they?

I hear the NEW fuse I put in clicking but that's all it does. And yes I see that there are two fuses under the hood that say HORN, both fuses are good. If I can find the horn Illl try cleaning the connections if their reachable. Just can't find em.

Oh, and the fuse for the AIR pump keeps burning out

If you turn on your headlights, you will see the horns through the opening. They'll be on your passenger side. Youll see one right away, the other one is more underneath of it.

On my 91 camaro and 93 TA the horn contacts behind the steering wheel died on me. That might be worth looking into...considering all you need to do is pull off the airbag.

Well I can hear fuses under the hood click when I press the wheel buttons, so I''m just going to guess that the problem is with the horn.

The horn will beep for a very slight milisecond on it's first try for the day, after that, just clicking on the fuse.
