99 TA horn don't work
First of all, where the hell is it/ or they?
I hear the NEW fuse I put in clicking but that's all it does. And yes I see that there are two fuses under the hood that say HORN, both fuses are good. If I can find the horn Illl try cleaning the connections if their reachable. Just can't find em.
Oh, and the fuse for the AIR pump keeps burning out

Please give me a hand. I took off the big piece of plastic off the car from underneath, the piece that goes in front of the rad and I STILL can't find them! I can get my hand on the fog lights but don't see horns anywhere, PLEASE help.

If you turn on your headlights, you will see the horns through the opening. They'll be on your passenger side. Youll see one right away, the other one is more underneath of it.

Well I can hear fuses under the hood click when I press the wheel buttons, so I''m just going to guess that the problem is with the horn.
The horn will beep for a very slight milisecond on it's first try for the day, after that, just clicking on the fuse.
