What does a Pontiac motor look like in a 4th gen bird? Below are some pics of my 475ci & 505ci motors. The 475ci is just a spare while the 505 is what we will be running.

Yea I know it is an oddball.....but it all started when everyone said you can't put a Pontiac v8 in a 4th gen. Sooooooooooo I guess I am a glutton for punishment

there was a white TA in GMHTP awhile back that had the same type of deal, poncho motor in a 4th gen.

Butlers put one in a 4th gen a few years back, it was a pre 97 V6 vert. Pics on their website. How do you like the CV1 heads? If I ever get money again I was thinking they would be the way to go. Them or a set of Tiger heads and IAII block, if I win the lottery or something.

Thumpin455 - this motor hasn't been run yet but have been very impressed with the quality of the heads.

Trust - "out of the gate" we are looking a high 9's and when things get dialed in low 9's. A lot has to do how well this thing hooks
