green bay. hey im from neenah. this is what i have done in the past. fill the tank up with gas and use a fuel stabilizer, i use a briggs and stratton one. i dont like stabil. i over inflate the tires by 10-15lbs. change the motor oil as late as possible. put plastic bags with rubber bands over the tail pipes and over the throttle body. i also put bounce dryer sheets throughout the car. and go to walgreens and get some peppermint oil from the pharmacy. put that on a bunch of cotton ***** and put it throughout the car. from engine compartment to trunk. these last two are to ward off mice. then put traps througout the barn. remove the battery and take it home and put it in your basement.this has worked well for me the last 3years. i dont start mine throughout the whole year. some people do some dont. it seems like starting it for short periods creates a lot of moisture in the crankcase. good luck and pm me for anymore details.

Is the pole barn heated? I would assume not. Get a car cover and a trickle charger for your battery.

Oh, you can also buy something like Fliud Film to help protect any parts you don't want to rust while your car is in storage. I use this stuff on my Honda jet ski and it works great, my turbo still looks new and it's almost five years old.
