Low fuel pressure possible causes?
I have a 2002 v6 firebird and am having some odd fuel problems. while I don’t seem to have any leaks and it drives fine, at idle and startup both bank one and bank two o2 sensor trip a lean condition my engine fairly quickly starts running rougher and I get low fuel pressure (41 psi) I have a friend that told me to clean my o2 sensors but most stuff on the internet says fuel pump does anyone know what it could be?
(Just thought to add this) I was getting one lean code on bank two and sometimes a cylinder four misfire so I replaced my fuel filter and that made virtually no difference and except it seems slightly tougher at idle and both banks get a lean code upon start up or idle. Also I listened to my fuel pump and don’t hear any strange or obnoxious sounds the only thing I’d say that seemed kind of weird about it was that it was EXTREMELY quiet I couldn’t hear it until I basically had my ear on it while it was running I hope this helps!

Cleaning the O2 sensors will not raise fuel pressure; this would be a waste of time if the issue is low pressure. As far as I know, the V6 cars operate at the same fuel pressure as the V8 models (58-60psi), so you probably need a pump and/or fuel filter replacement to restore proper pressure and driveability.
