Started a cam swap and then broke my only 14mm wrench trying to tighten the pulley puller to get the dampener off so I couldn't finish. Did get the trunion kit installed in the rocker arms to burn some time though.

Finally got the crank pulley off then swapped the cam, timing chain, and oil pump. And strangely enough I found this wedged between the rack and k-member.

Looks nice, but don't the covers help retain heat where you want to minimize it?

disassembly to replace number 7 piston that decided to puke a chunk up!..luckily theres absolutley no damage on the cylinder walls.

Is seafoam in the crankcase worth doing? Thanks I have a 98 Trans Am Artice White A4 summer car I'm the third owner and the two previous owners were females so I got a good one! 108k miles btw (:
