Default What were the changes from 98 to 99 and 2000 f bodys

main thing i'm lookin at was in the computer, i notice alot of tuning and performance meters/readouts don't include the 98 seem to always be 99-02 but don't include the 98. is there something different here? can i still pull my pcm out for tuning. or are they just makin a mistake on thier product lines not including the 98? i thought they were almost the same except for the mix of block and heads but that didn't happen till 01 or 02. did they have a cam change in 01?

not exactly sure, but I think it's a different computer. I looked at a 2000 SS last year and the guy (knows his stuff) was saying it had the good computer or something like that.

I think I've also read somewhere that the 98s are hard to tune. Cause of the older computer I would assume.
