Default power window motor install?

Does anybody know where I can find instructions on how to install a power window motor? This has me totaly lost, I really need some instructions. thank you:bang :

pretty simple just take door panel off and feel in the door for the 3 rivets then drill them out i drilled right threw my inner door part straight to the rivets took about 25-30 minutes a side

So i actually drill out the rivet holding the motor in place? Nothing to unscrew?

Any links to the motor and hardware needed for it cheap? Didn't find the links given from the link in this thread useful.

Yes drill the rivets out and the motor will just fall out. Wedge the window up or it will fall too.
