Outstanding, as long as the Carfax verified everything the dealer implied. Enjoy the ride!

It would almost be tempting to not mod a car like that....that's a crazy good deal!

everything was clean on this car. besides some very basic wear and tear for an 8 year old car. also had a hurst shifter from the factory and the guy put sequential lights on the turn signals. not sure how i feel about that. lol...but yea, worth every penny. im going to see if i can't get some pics today. worth the ride to and from maryland with 4 hours of sleep and a hangover!...t-tops off!

Nice score. It's one of the rarest colors also. At this years Trans Am Nationals, there was one other MRM TA. So just two total, and there were 3 of the 1998 Sport Gold Metallics. Everyone kept asking me if this was a factory color, and most doubted it until I told them. Being a Formula it's even more rare IMO. Great color!

Maple Red FTW.

Picked mine up almost 3 months ago with 29,715 on the clock (well drove off the lot with 29,767 after testing the sheeaht out of it.) 10.3K final haggle price. 12Kish after all the paperwork was done. Hurst, T Tops, Tan Leather, T/C. Had everything but the CD changer (which I plan to change..)

Unfortunately mine's been hit, but you'd never notice it unless you drove it and paid close attention to where it pulls.

Gotta second though the whole rarity thing. Though I found a Trans Am, your finding a Formula in that color, and a 2002 no less makes it one of the rarest birds out there. If I recall there may be less than 30 out there right now. Mine is one of 504, and that was the most of any car made in that color.

You found a damned gem man. And are paying good money for it. Hope you enjoy it and bring it to T/A Nationals next year. I'm planning on bringing mine.

Also, use the public link at the bottom of the screen on the FB pic. Copy-paste from the browser always fails. :/
