Default Tick master cylinder install problem

Alright guys, after 2 hours of struggling I still am not able to get my tick master cylinder to fit inside the tight spot. Is there any suggestions anyone can give me to get it in? I would greatly appreciate it....

you have the adjustment rod taken off of it right? look down and unclip the black plastic clip that holds the huge bundle of wires so you can pull it back out of the way a bit. beyond that just start putting it in on different angles and wiggle it around until it goes. it's a TIGHT fit.

Hey thanks for the info I finally got it on by taking that clip off. But the problem was we had it upside down. When I register the tick mc they had everything backwards so I thought I was putting it right, finally we figured out the problem
