how much should i expect to pay for a clean t/a GTA??

how much should i expect to pay for a clean t/a GTA?? Im looking to buy an 88 gta from my friend... We agreed on $3900
Its black, with 350/700r4
No pix but:
interior is clean with some rips on drivers seat
Paint is very clean and shines
Top end of the engine was rebuilt, has 97K original
Tranny has been serviced
Scheduled oil changes
Polished rims
Seen it in person, and it looks great!
Clean title
Many extras including great sound system
It needs:
MAF sensor
A/C compressor
Should i pull the trigger on this one??? Is it worth $3900???

Thank you for response. Since it has MAF problem, it will not pass CA smog, who knows what problems can pop up... I definitely can agree with that but then again, a gta sure deserves more for a right buyer. Im sure whole a/c system will need to be replaced since its an 88...
