Default Best exhaust system for 2002 WS6 TransAm?

The inside of my muffler is broken and it makes a terrible rattling noise. Im going to get new cats eventually so i was thinking maybe just get a whole new system. Whats the best quality and deep muscle sound brands and models for my 5.7L Ws6??

I love my Magnaflow. Relatively quiet but it barks nicely when I step on it.

i am the last person in the world that should say this... since i dont listen to it myself.. but read some posts... search! lol youtube is good too.. you can look up exhaust setups and if you like them you could just copy... in my opinion a catless exhaust with any aftermarket catback sounds great

If you are going to keep the stock manifolds and Y-pipe for a long while, go with an SLP LM1 or LM2. But if you plan on getting headers and an ORY, go with the Magnaflow. I have the Magnaflow on mine now with BBK LTs and ORY, and it sounds great! Most people complain that the SLP systems have too much rasp when you upgrade to LTs.

The magnaflow sounds good for now! I'll look into that. Probably will get those headers and ORY later. When I put those on do I need to do anything for my engine? Because I know with the larger cams you do but I'm new to this kinda, thanks.
