Default Looking for other option than to replace a dash pad.

My dash pad on my 67 Firebird is shot. Are there any other options rather than putting another dash pad on? Seems like a waste of $$ to buy one.

Yeah I know but they dont appeal to me and seem like a total waste of money. It is feasible to install a dash cover like we have on our 3rd gens? The whole dash is padded not just some small section. I think it looks cheezy the way these pads were installed.

I haven't ever seen anything else that looks right other than sheetmetal. A smooth painted dash looks cool in that car
