Default 2002 CETA-Question about purchase

Hello all...I found a 2002 CETA TA w/ new tires and 24k on the odom. Selling for $14k. This will be a daily driver. Is this an automatic scoop up? It is a 10 year old car....been out of the TA game for almost 6-8 years.

This probably belongs in the 'What's It Worth' section but in the meantime I will ask you to provide a lot more information before just throwing numbers out there. That would be an injustice to you and anyone reading this post.
Is the title clean? Any Carfax issues? How many owners? I know the mileage is very low but is the car 'near mint' or are there some issues? Everything working as it should? Original paperwork with the car? Documented maintenance history?
Everything affects price. It could be a great deal if everything checks out or way overpriced if the title is no good.

New tires at 24k?

Check the alignment and parts out carefully. The seller may be hiding a past wreck or something.

That's good advice but 'new tires at 24k' is not a red flag. I replaced mine at the 6 year mark (I actually stretched it to 7 years) as recommended by most tire sites. I had less than 20,000 easy miles on them.

great buy i'd say.
if it looks like a decent clean unmolested car then I think you got a pretty good buy!

I would guess the value at 17-18 k assuming it's in good shape. I was at the TA Nationals last weekend and they had a vendor selling a CETA owners manual for $300. I couldn't believe he wanted that much money for a book.
