Default Steering Wheels

Anyone know if the 00+ steering wheels work for 99-?

Im looking at a 00 Trans Am Ebony Leather wheel with radio controls, but it's listed 00+. If it just comes down to the controls I don't give a **** about that. My stereo is after market anyways.

I figure since this is my first post I will introduce my car as well

I don't think you will have a problem. If you don't own a puller, your local Auto Zone or Advance Auto will 'rent' you one. I have swapped wheels several times. Be sure to pull your airbag fuse and wait several hours before removing your airbag. Very easy work, but potentially very dangerous.
