Default leaking fuel after fuel pump replacement

okay I just got done replacing my fuel pump, all for the lines were reconnected, but 1 of the lines is now spraying fuel at the connection point, I did not cut the line in anyway but when I re disconnected that specific line I noticed there were some o rings on the end of the metal line.

I have enclosed a picture and hope that somebody can tell me how many washers or rubber o rings that I actually need my only have 2 on there now and I would like to not spray fuel everywhere anymore lol

Due to the overwhelming amount of replies, I must ask this thread get closed down as I have fixed the problem. It was a rubber o ring and a hard plastic ring and the plastic ring was cracked so I replaced it with another rubber ring and now prob is fixed
